Welcome to our 12u local. Here are some notes based on today's tryouts . 
Hitting- need to work on control and timing. Has good power. 
Setting- need to adjust  point of contact above head and not from chest. 
Serving - needs to work on not turning the shoulders.
She did very well on adjusting to the coaches instructions and is very coachable. We look forward to working with her this coming up season.
